Explicación Oficial / Explicaciones de la Comunidad
The at and batch commands are used to schedule one-time jobs. Access control for these commands is managed through two files: /etc/at.allow and /etc/at.deny. The /etc/at.deny file lists users who are denied permission to submit jobs via at or batch. If /etc/at.allow exists, only users listed there can use the commands; otherwise, /etc/at.deny is consulted. Users not listed in either file are allowed by default.
